25 Memes That Swing for the Fences

Like many American kids, I grew up playing baseball. It is our country's pastime after all. I know people complain that baseball is one of the most boring sports to watch (on TV or in person) due to the lack of action or obvious athletic abilities, but I wholeheartedly disagree. The crack of the bat, the thrill of watching a pitch, the spring/summer air wafting above… thrilling to me. Not to mention the hot dogs, cold beer, soft pretzels, and sunflower seeds. Sure, there are more than a few events at which you can consume these treats, but none of them feel as correct as baseball.

I also happened to grow up near a famous stadium, and the energy was palpable all summer. And there's nothing like watching someone score a home run. Maybe we can approximate that feeling with these memes. At the very least, we will try.
